Dr Chad

Dr. Chad E. Sloden

Dr. Chad Sloden is a native of Green Bay, WI and is excited to be working back in Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Winona State University in Winona, MN. During his time at Winona State, he had the pleasure of playing football for the "Warriors" and enjoyed the success of multiple conference championships and NCAA Division II playoff appearances. Upon earning his undergraduate degree, Dr. Sloden went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Sloden is currently a licensed Chiropractor in the state of Wisconsin.

Dr. Sloden believes that people deserve an alternative to the common fallacies of today's healthcare world. He practices using a wide variety of physical medicince techniques to help promote, retain and restore optimal health and wellness. He looks forward to assisting you in working toward a pain-free way of life, while helping you reach your healthcare goals.

Dr. Sloden has had the pleasure of working with patients of all types. He has treated professional NFL and NBA athletes, NCAA collegiate athletes, ultimate fighters, olympic athletes, competitive dancers and just about everything in between.

In his free time, Dr. Sloden enjoys spending time with his wife and three little boys, friends, snowboarding, golfing, running and attending sporting events.

Dr Nick

Dr. Nick Hollendonner

Dr. Nick Hollendonner grew up here in Kenosha, WI. He attended Tremper High School where he graduated in 2010 and played varsity hockey for the Kenosha Thunder for four years. Dr. Nick received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2014. While completing his Undergrad degree, he played Jr. A hockey for the Central Wisconsin Saints. Following graduation, Dr. Nick attended National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree and graduated as valedictorian of his class.

Dr. Nick’s goal is to get all patients back to a pain free state as quickly as possible. He aims to fix the problem causing the symptoms his patients experience, not just the symptoms themselves. This allows patients to maintain a healthy/pain free state much longer after treatment. He uses a wide variety of modalities to customize treatment to each individual depending on their specific goals and needs. Dr. Nick has completed the following continuing education courses: McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Part A: Lumbar Spine, Part B: Cervical & Thoracic Spine, Part C: Advanced Lumbar Spine & Lower Extremity, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Part A.

In his free time Dr. Hollendonner enjoys playing hockey in the Kenosha Area Hockey Club, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
